Rugrats - Tales from the Crib: Snow White
In 1991, the cable television network Nickelodeon changed the face of children's programming with the hugely popular animated series RUGRATS. Created by new parents Gabor Csupo and Arlene Klasky as a warm and funny evocation of childhood, the long-running cartoon followed the colorful adventures of a group of diaper-clad toddlers--plucky Tommy Pickles, his worrywart best friend Chuckie Finster, intrepid twins Phil and Lil, and later characters Dil and Kimi--as they explored the world around them and dodged the troublemaking efforts of Tommy's supremely bratty older sister, Angelica. Though the cartoon ended after an amazing 13-year run, the RUGRATS return with the made-for-video series TALES FROM THE CRIB, which offers full-length movie interpretations of classic fairytales. This volume presents an imaginative retelling of Snow White, with Angelica as the evil queen and the Rugrats gang as the helpful dwarves.
